I have suspended running retreats during the pandemic, but they will be back! This is what you might expect from a Foster Yoga retreat. If you would like to arrange a private retreat for a group of friends then please get in touch.
About our retreats
Jo's classes are kept small to ensure Clients get the best possible teaching and adjustments, and this is true for Foster Yoga retreats too. Set in the Wiltshire countryside, enjoy a weekend with a small group of your favourite people or come and meet new like minded friends.
With the benefit of small groups, you can learn, practice and enjoy yoga at the level best suited to you, all the while eating great food that is nourishing and wholesome, sleeping in luxurious beds, and enjoying country views of England's finest countryside. It is our promise to send you home replenished, reinvigorated and energised and there is no better setting to achieve this than Helen Browning's Royal Oak, located on their their organic farm in Bishopstone (on the border of Oxfordshire and Wiltshire).
Organic is at the core of what they do, delivering high levels of welfare on the farm and in hospitality. Enjoy responsible, local and excellent food whilst feeling totally at ease in your welcoming and homely surroundings. Your stay at the Royal Oak will connect you with nature whilst enjoying the benefits of healthy living and yoga.

Prior to your retreat we will discuss what level and style you're looking for. Whatever it is, we will create a yoga program that will be accessible, fun and tailored to you.
Our retreats are kept to a maximum of 6 people so you can be assured that you will get focussed tuition.
Our approach to diet is about balance, moderation and respectful consumption and of course, it's about individuality. For all main meals, you have full choice of the Royal Oak menu, all the while being assured that it's all organic, local and prepared by a knowledgable and food-loving kitchen team.

Rest and revive
Sleep; there are no bleary-eyed starts on the mat. Enjoy the comfy beds and stay there with a book for a while.
Or if you are a lover of sunrises, take the time appreciate nature's beauty in the stunning countryside that surrounds you. Walk or bike The Ridgeway or say good morning to the piglets - it's completely up to you.
