Dear All,

To ensure that we are doing all that we can to reduce the spread of Covid-19 and to help keep you all safe and well in my classes, I am making a few simple alterations to how we attend classes over the coming weeks.

Equipment : Please bring your own mat or purchase one from Jo at the beginning of class. I will be selling second hand mats in nearly new and washed condition for £25 or you can purchase new mats online, see the below links. Eye pillows, straps and other props will not be provided for the time being, so please bring these if you would like to.

Please see these links for the mats and props that I usually provide, if you would like to purchase:

Space : Please position your mats a reasonable distance from your neighbouring student, circa 1-2 meters. Class numbers will be capped to 5 people at The Charlton Cat and 10 people in Oare Village Hall to ensure good spacing of mats.

Cancellations : Please do not attend class if you are feeling unwell or displaying any cough and cold like symptoms. If you do need to cancel, you will receive a credit to your account for the missed class. Alternatively, if you would like to practice some gentle yoga at home, then contact Jo for a private class via video link.

Hugs & adjustments : Be aware that this is a stressful time for many people, so please be sensitive to others concerns in class and greet your fellow students with a smile, but avoid the hugs and kisses! I will also be keeping my hands to myself for a while, so adjustments will be verbal only.

Keeping it clean : in-line with government guidance, please wash hands as you enter the studio space.

For those of you who are choosing to stay at home at this time, don't be a stranger, reach out for advise on your practice at home and sign up to my Instagram account where I will be increasing my posts and providing regular tips and videos.

Love to you all and keep well,

Jo xx
