Meet

Jo Foster

 

 

 

Jo is a passionate and devoted yoga teacher who focusses on developing a personal practice for her students. She is experienced in delivering a wide range of yoga disciplines to a diverse spectrum of people in large and small groups and she draws upon this to deliver insightful, fun and intuitive sessions. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance UK and regulated by her loving husband and two girls.

Jo believes yoga should be accessible to all, regardless of age, ability or experience.  She has an attentive approach to teaching, that ensures her students feel welcome and individually guided during their class. Jo has taught people from all walks of life, whom she works with to find a yoga practice that is tailored specifically to their needs, whether this is physical rehabilitation, improvement in posture, fitness or relaxation. 

 

Jo's classes and retreats are kept small and personal so that you get the attention that you deserve. If you are unsure what the right style of yoga for you may be, call Jo, she will be happy to help you to find "the right yoga for you".
